Chaitanya Rao and Lavanya starrer ‘Annapurna Photo Studio‘ has the tag line ‘Here beautiful photos are taken’. The film is produced by Yash Rangineni, who produced Vijay Devarakonda‘s Pelli Choopulu and Dear Comrade under the banner of Big Ben Cinemas. ‘O Pittakatha‘ director Chendu Muddu has directed this film. The film is released on 21st July, 2023.
Chanti (Chaitanya Rao) is a photographer and runs a photo studio in his village called Nandagiri. He lives a happy life with his photo studio and hanging out with his friends. He falls in love with a college girl named Gautami (Lavanya). But in a strange incident, He gets stuck in a murder case. A Mysterious guy blackmails him for the murder. How Chanti overcomes this situation is the rest of the story.
It’s a trailer made for Chaitanya Rao. He performed well in Chanti’s character. He suited well in yesteryear’s getup. His comic timing is perfect. Lavanya Sahukara is the perfect choice for this film. He is beautiful and she delivered her role with perfection. The friend gang plays an important part in the film. Viva Raghav, Lalith Aditya and others performed well. The Producer, Yash Rangineni plays a very crucial role in this film. He delivered his role with ease. Others did as required.
Cinematography by Pankaj is excellent. The 80s, 90s backdrop was very realistic. The Art Director and Cinematographer together will take the audience to the 80s and 90s. Music is yet another highlight in the film. If cinematography treats your eyes then Prince Henry’s music has taken this film to the next level. Annapurna Photo Studio is a simple story with a different screenplay. Comedy episodes are very good. The Second Half will give you Edge-Of-The-Seat experience. Chandu Muddhu perfectly crafted this film and he will mesmerize us with 80s backdrop, entertainment and heart touching story.
It is very tough to recreate 80s backdrop with limited budget but director Chandu Muddhu successed in recreating 80s magic in the film. Audiences will feel nostiagle to see the visuals and they remember their childhood for sure. Decent money was spent for the film.
Overall, Annapurna Photo Studios is a beautiful Village story with 80s backdrop. A Heart touching film with beautiful emotions. Go and Watch it.
